Faculty members are highly qualified and belong to a reputed university. The course curriculum is good and mostly related to rural management. Core courses are compulsory courses offered in the first year. In order to clear the exams, you need to study hard.

- I like to Listen music of different languages,
- I love to cook as it is my stress buster,
- I love to play sports like badminton and won in many competitions
- Dislikes:
- I don't like ro waste my time in which there is no use,
- I don't like sweet things like any sugar related things,
- I don't like when someone damaging the nature

In my graduation, I opted for HR, and for my MBA I am trying to find a different stream so that I can explore. So that's when I got an opportunity for xim rm. The faculty is good they are teaching us in a simple way so that all students can understand.

The faculties are too good here. They have graduated from reputed Universities. The curriculum is related to rural sectors. I have chosen the course because I want to explore the rural development sectors. There will be a trimester within the year. Exams are hard to pass if you would not study properly.

- Mess can be less crowded and more ventilated,
- Too much class hours , there should be 2 holidays,
- Sometime admin does not understand that we work for ximb too

Good faculties with great class teaching experience. The classes are engaging and some classes keep us more excited while some classes are a bit theoretical and need a bit more attention. Exams are based on what is taught and difficulty level is medium difficult.

Xim provides courses in business management, human resource management, rural management, sustainable management, urban management and governance with the help of top faculty member who is expert in their own fields and also has years of experience.

- I like the infrastructure, mostly the auditorium which is Odisha's largest auditorium.,
- I like faculties and their way of teaching.,
- Campus life here is super cool. I like this too.
- Dislikes:
- There is no specific thing that I don't like about this University.
Course Curriculum Overview:
It has a great course curriculum, as it involves Core courses, Elective courses, Fieldwork and RLLE( Rural Learning and Living Experience ), Summer internships, and Live projects. Based on my work experience from an Agri-tech background my preference was getting into a Rural Management program. They held tri-semesters in one year. Both exams and curriculum are a bit strict.

- The support staff inside the campus are very helpful.,
- The students are friendly and makes it feel like home away from home,
- There are different events to explore and gain a lot of knowledge.
- Dislikes:
- There should be Ac in the hostel as it is very hot there.,
- The students should also given oppurnity to be a part of sales and stuff inside college
Course Curriculum Overview:
An integrated law program is good for the career I wanted to pursue. There are a sufficient amount of faculties in comparison to the classes that go on. Teachers are highly educated PHD, and other high degree holders. These 2 exams per semester mean a total of 4 exams in a year.

- You will get a good exposure here and get a insight of corporate world,
- Faculty were quite good here and very helpful
- Dislikes:
- Late night batchmeet of the student driven committees,
- Task given to us during our freshers to perform for ice breaking session,
- SIP giving 0 stipend and still not getting ppos
Course Curriculum Overview:
I applied for this course because I have gained my technical abilities through my engineering course and all I need is the quality of management so I chose MBA in rural management because I can avail various opportunities. Our faculty: student ratio is 12:57. The teaching quality is quite good here and our term exams were held after every 3 months and it depends on you how you study and pass the exam.

- College life was exciting. Got to network with a lot of people,
- The daily activities kept us engaged and helped to hone our skilss,
- The wide varieties of opportunities provided here
- Dislikes:
- The internship role preference is sometimes not clear,
- The restrictions imposed sometimes including gate closing time,
- Rest everything was nice. No such complaint regarding the college

This was the most demanding course. The faculty-student ratio stands at 15:1. The faculties are highly qualified and the teaching methods are damn good. The terms exams are moderate to difficult level. Once thorough through the course will find it easy.

The course curriculum is amazing, giving a holistic development of management concepts. In the first year, students study subjects from all domains, and during the second year, choose specializations. The faculty base is very strong, rich in subject matter knowledge and industry exposure too.
