CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet will tentatively be released in November 2023. The registrations for class 10 have been concluded successfully and students can now expect CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet to be released anytime soon. As per the earlier announcements, CBSE Class 10 Exams will be conducted from February 15 to April 10, 2024.

Students can check the tentative date sheet, subject-wise syllabus, exam pattern, study material for class 10 exam preparation, and all the latest updates for CBSE board exams in this article. CBSE will conduct practical exams of class 10 from January 1, 2024, except for winter-bound schools. For winter-bound schools, the practical exams will be held from November 14 to December 14, 2023. 

Students appearing for the exams must check the syllabus before starting their preparation. CBSE Class 10 2024 Syllabus is available on the official website cbseacademic.nic.in. The syllabus is the same as the previous year and 30% reduction in the syllabus is continued for this session as well.

CBSE Board Exams 2024-25

CBSE board exams for classes 10 and 12 will be held twice a year from the year 2025 onwards. The decision has been made following the New Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 released on August 23. NCF 2023 is a part of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). 

Students can choose to appear in any one or both the exams. They will also have the option to retain the best scores of any of the two exams for final results.

CBSE Class 10 Exam 2024: Latest Updates

October 30, 2023: CBSE has released theory and practical exam marking scheme for CBSE Class 10 Exams 2024 on its official website. The official circular contains subject-wise marks division and details about practical examiner and answer book. Check Marking Scheme

October 12, 2023: CBSE extended the last date to submit exam forms for private candidates to October 18, without a late fee. The last date to register with a late fee is October 25. 

October 11, 2023: CBSE released practical exam dates for winter-bound schools on its official website. CBSE Class 10 Practical Exams for winter-bound schools will be held from November 14 to December 14, 2023. 

September 16, 2023: CBSE has extended the last date to submit LOC forms for class 10 till September 28, 2023.

As per CBSE officials, CBSE Class 10 Exam will begin on February 15, 2024. The complete schedule for the board exams will be released in November 2023, tentatively. CBSE Class 10 Registration process has been ended for private and regular candidates. CBSE class 10 registration is mandatory for students who wish to appear for the board examinations. Regular students can register for the board exams through their respective schools.

Students must note that details submitted in the CBSE Class 10th Registration Form PDF will be final and no changes will be allowed in the form once submitted.
